Data deletion

You can ask ViralNext Media to delete all data we hold from your Instagram and Facebook accounts at any time.
Option 1: remove our access
- Open Meta Business Suite → Settings → Partners, and remove ViralNext. Or go to Facebook → Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations and remove the ViralNext app.
- Our access tokens stop working at once and automation stops.
Option 2: ask us to delete everything
Email [email protected] with the subject "Data deletion request" and your Instagram username or Facebook Page name. We will:
- delete your access tokens, stored content, messages, comments and insights within 30 days;
- email you a confirmation with a reference number once it is done.
If you removed our app through Facebook, Meta also notifies us and we start the same deletion automatically.
